I ♥ my bubbly

Today I read in the British Journal of Nutrition that champagne actually helps keep your heart healthy and happy!

They found that after participants downed two flutes of fizz they experienced more than 50% increase in blood flow for up to 6 hours.
This is because polyphenols (a compound found in champagne grapes) down-regulate the removal of nitric oxide from the blood; in turn increasing blood flow, lowering blood pressure and reducing the risk of blood clotting!
Basically, I can chug Moet to counteract the formidable risks associated with consumption of hydrogenated oils, fats, starches, even birth control!
Champagne, good for me? Don't mind if i do.
